I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I carry my laptop in it and wish it had more padding at the bottom to protect the laptop when I set the bag down! There is plenty of padding to protect the front and back, just wish there was more at the bottom!!! Still love this thing, best bag I’ve ever owned!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Saleech from Great storage options - wish it would stand up After 2 weeks in Europe, the pack worked great for storing all essentials, providing easy access and secure places for my computer, kindle, documents, etc. My single (yet critical) complaint is that the design of the pack does not allow it to sit upright when put down. It always had to lean against something, or it falls over onto its front - getting dirty & requiring constant bending over to retrieve it. If they would fix this flaw with the next version, I would recommend it highly!!
